How long does it take to send my order?

We do our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. However, on occasion, we experience an unexpected uptick in sales and our small team gets backed up. We will always do our best to get your order to you ASAP. Any questions can be sent to support@dudebenice.com.

What holidays do you not ship product out on?

Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover.

Where do you ship?

We ship in the United States and internationally too: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Australia, and France. For orders outside of the listed countries, please email us at support@dudebenice.com.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only orders shipped to California will be charged sales tax.

How do I return an item?

Email support@dudebenice.com and include your name, order number, and the item/s you wish to return and we will send you a return shipping label. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. For additional questions or international returns, contact us using the contact form on our website or email us at support@dudebenice.com. We'll make any returns as painless as possible.

Do you accept exchanges?

Not exactly. Just repurchase the item you'd like and begin the return process by emailing support@dudebenice.com with your name, order number, and the item/s you wish to return and we will send you a return shipping label. to get your free return label (US orders only).
