How long does it take to send my order?
We do our best to process orders within 1-2 business days. However, on occasion, we experience an unexpected uptick in sales and our small team gets backed up. We will always do our best to get your order to you ASAP. Any questions can be sent to email@example.com.
What holidays do you not ship product out on?
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover.
Where do you ship?
We ship in the United States and internationally too: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Australia, and France. For orders outside of the listed countries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only orders shipped to California will be charged sales tax.
How do I return an item?
In the US, just click HERE to return any item for any reason - it's on us! We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
