    SHIPPING POLICY.

    Orders placed by 3 PM PST on 12.19.16 in the continental US should arrive by 12.24.16. However, please be advised that inclement weather could slow down our shipping carriers and your shipment. If you're in another location and not sure if your package will arrive before the 12.25.16, email us at support@dudebenice.com and we'll give you our best estimate.

    -       All orders will ship by the next business day.

    -        Orders shipped using the SmartShip option will be sent using UPS, USPS or FEDEX Standard Shipping methods and will arrive within 2-5 business days after shipped from our fulfillment warehouse.

    -        Orders shipped using the 2Day option will be sent using UPS, USPS or FEDEX 2-Day methods and will arrive 2 business days after shipped from our fulfillment warehouse.

    -        We ship in the United States and internationally too: Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Australia, and France. For orders outside of the listed countries, please email us at support@dudebenice.com.

    -        We do not ship to PO Boxes .

    RETURN POLICY.

    -    We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from DUDE. be nice.

    -    If the item doesn't fit or you're just not happy with it, just let us know via the contact form on the contact page or email us at support@dudebenice.com. And please provide your order number. We may ask that you return the item or maybe we'll even have you give it to someone in your community that could use it :).

    -    If a return is required, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    -    If we require the item to be returned, we'll send you a return shipping label - it's on us.

    -    Merchandise must have all original tags attached and must be in its original form (not worn, altered or washed).

    -    We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.

    -    We are not responsible for lost returns.

    -    All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
